VLV Ice Builder
VLV ice-builder is part of a cooling system, which besides ice-builder consists of a plate cooler and a cooling and storage tank.
The system is dimensioned so, that the incomming milk is cooled down to 4° C, before it is sent into the tank.
A cooling/storage tank with evaporator for circulation of ice water can be supplied.
